SOLAR ROOFOn our roof sits a 205.22 kW solar array that generates enough electricity to power a significant portion our common areas on a sunny day. Any common area electricity that is not supplied from our solar roof comes from renewal wind power.
ELECTRICAL VEHICLE (EV) CHARGERSNorthLight will offer 44 EV charging stations in our first year of operations with capability to expand to 72 charging stations by 2024. These 44 EV charging stations will provide plenty of charging capacity should you own an EV today or are considering purchasing one while living at NorthLight.
MECHANICAL FRESH AIR VENTILATION WITH ENHANCED FILTRATIONOur common areas and apartment homes are mechanically ventilated with filtered fresh air. This creates a healthier indoor environment with reduced allergens and pollutants and lower levels of carbon dioxide build-up for better sleep and higher productivity.
